世界保健機関（WHO）は、世界の保健システムを強化するため、新しい無料のオンライン講座を開設しました。

2．1.5時間で学べる5つのコアモジュールと実践的な教材構成
この講座は、受講者が自分のペースで進められるセルフペース方式を採用しており、全体の学習時間は約1.5時間です。
カリキュラムは5つのコアモジュールで構成されており、PHCの重要性や3つの主要構成要素を学びます。
さらに、PHC強化のための運営上および戦略的な手段、政治経済分析や思いやりのある指導力を通じた変革の手法も含まれています。
この講座は、2024年に開始された「プライマリーヘルスケア指導力強化：グローバル能力開発コース」をベースに改訂されたものです。
受講者からのフィードバックや、簡潔でアクセスしやすい講座への強い要望を反映して、内容が再構成されました。
The short self-paced course is organized around five core modules with a total learning time of 1.5 hours. Learners explore topics including why PHC matters, the three core components of PHC, the operational and strategic levers for strengthening PHC and how to navigate PHC-oriented transformations through political-economy analysis and leading with compassion.

The course is adapted from theStrengthening Primary Health Care Leadership: Global Capacity Building Courselaunched in 2024 based on participant feedback and strong demand for a concise and accessible course on PHC.

3．140カ国以上から3,000人以上が参加した初期実績と多言語化への展望
