アフリカやイスラム協力機構の加盟国から指導者たちが集まり、強靭な保健システムへの投資を加速させるための地域保健投資フォーラムが開催されました。

モーリタニアの首都ヌアクショットで開催されたこのフォーラムでは、革新的な資金調達方法が模索されています。

世界保健機関（WHO）の事務局長は、健康をコストではなく投資として捉えるべきだと強調しました。

モーリタニアの提案は、2026年10月に開催されるHIIP運営委員会において検討される予定となっています。

The proposal is expected to be considered by the HIIP Steering Committee in October 2026.
